At Fit-NessPoint, our mission is simple. To provide a comfortable and supportive environment where individuals of all fitness levels can achieve their health and wellness goals. We strive for our members to come for the fitness, gain confidence, and stay for the community.
We offer an extensive timetable of sessions designed to help improve your strength, fitness and confidence. You will be fully coached in a small group (maximum of 4 other people), to give you a personal training approach.
Our small group personal training package is our most popular. Offering an extensive timetable, allowing you the flexibility to pick and choose up to three sessions a week (subject to booking availability). Sessions are capped at a maximum of 5 members to keep a personal training feel for you.
There are also a very limited number of 1-2-1 Personal Training slots available, based on a fixed timetable.
Having coached now for 15 years, I understand that commercial gyms can feel daunting. So believing that fitness should be accessible to all, we have created a space to help you, in a quieter, small group setting. Feel stronger in your day-to-day life, protect your body for the long term & build confidence as you go.
At Fit-NessPoint, we pride ourselves on offering small group training (maximum of 5 per session). Our studio is designed to provide an exceptional workout experience, without the crowds that you may find in a commercial gym.
You will be guided through form, gym lingo, equipment and workouts, in a way that works for you. Bringing a personal feel to your day-to-day training.
What’s more, providing a holistic approach to your wellness, membership extends beyond your sessions with the opportunity to book workshops, seminars, events and retreats.
Capped at 50 members at one time. When we are at capacity a waitlist will be in operation.
