Our small group personal training sessions in Lowestoft combine the coaching of a personal trainer with the energy of a supportive group environment.
Our small group personal training package is our most popular offering in the fitness community. With an extensive timetable, you have the flexibility to select up to three sessions a week (subject to booking availability). Each session is capped at a maximum of 5 members, ensuring a personal training experience that feels intimate and engaging.
Each session is limited to 5 members, so you receive individual coaching, and real time feedback on technique, strength training and fitness progression.
Additionally, we offer a limited number of 1-2-1 personal training slots subject to availability.
